Chuck E. Cheese’s where a Mom can be a Kid!
I’ve been blessed to share in a wonderful friendship with my “soul sister” Libby. We took the kids to this germy place for the morning and it was fun just chatting.
She is such a special and unique person and I was pleasantly surprised when I really got to know her. In the past I have been somewhat cautious when it came to making friends here because I had been hurt before and I sure wasn’t going to let that happen again. I decided when I first moved here that if I didn’t get too close to anyone then there was no way I could possibly get hurt. I soon realized that if I wanted those soul satisfying friendships in my life, I needed to try and let people in and really invest my time, energy and even risk into my friendships.
