We are taking this slow, no rush but we have introduced the potty and she has successfully had her first victory thanks to Aunt Genni plopping her down first thing in the morning.
It's kinda sad to think this is my last baby, she is growing up so fast but I really won't miss changing those diapers.

We are doing the same thing! Every morning when we get up I put Caden on the potty, then take him a little later and anytime I see him go to poop in his diaper I run him into the potty. Basically he goes on command but doesn't let us know most of the time yet.
