Finally! The day finally came for Regs to get to go to summer camp. She has been talking about this all year long. She deserves a week away with no responsibility considering she has been such a huge help for me while I'm in summer school. She was so cute getting ready, I was reminiscing about all the same feelings I had when
I was her age.
We drove Reagan up to camp. It is in a beautiful area up near Auburn, Ca. We were the first ones to get to the cabin so she was so excited she got a top bunk.
It was so beautiful up there, had to sneak a family picture in there.
So when it came time to say our goodbyes, I almost cried watching Drew give her big sissy a hug goodbye because she started to cry and didn't want to let her go. I love how close they are. Drew woke up this morning asking for Reagan and began to cry again because she missed her so much. :(
I will save this forever. Their love for each other is priceless! I had to distract Drew by telling her I thought I saw a smurf in the trunk of the tree so that led us on a chase back to the car and all the way down the mountain looking for Papa smurf. She kept saying, I think he's in those bushes or I think he is on top of our car. haha
And then Bailey pretends to not want to hug her but when he didn't see me looking, he had watery eyes. He loves his sisters so much. Love these kids!
I had to add a few pictures of our recent trip with some friends up to the Point Reyes area. We stayed at the Inverness Valley Inn and the facility was a little disappointing to say the least but we had some good laughs and made some fun memories too.
This is one of my favorites!
Bailey and his little buddies!

Your family pic at camp is so cute. Especially you Car! You look like a hottie with the hair blowing in the breeze! :) Love you! Mom
You are so smart to photo log these memories. I can feel that emotion of leaving her behind.
Thanks for sharing.
Love,
Dad
